How do I return or exchange my product?

We don't want you to return it back, insteadly we will pay you back if you don't like the product.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Please log into your customer account and click on Manage Subscriptions. You are able to cancel your subscription and stop shipment up to 3 days prior to the next shipment date using this functionality. If you cancel an up-front paid subscription, you will be refunded the purchase price of the product that you have not yet received and will forfeit any prepaid discount. If you have any trouble logging in to your account, please contact us.

How do I check my order status?

After you submit your order, you’ll receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your order ships, you’ll receive another email with tracking information. For our Canadian customers: your tracking number may take some time to show movement. Tracking information will update automatically as your order is received across the border.
