How long does shipping take?
- Shipping time varies by country:
- USA, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: 5 - 15 business days.
- Europe: 5 - 20 business days
- Asia: 10 - 20 business days
- Latin America, Africa and Remote Island Countries: 15 - 25 business days
- Note: Due to COVID -19 and the holiday season, international shipments may take up to 2 weeks longer to arrive.
Do you offer tracking information?
- Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you have not received tracking information within 2 weeks, please contact us immediately.
Do you ship worldwide?
- Yes. We ship to over 220 countries around the world. However, there are some countries that we cannot ship to. If you are in one of these countries, we will contact you.
What should I do if I have not received my package?
- No worries, your package is fully insured with us. If you have not received your package within the specified time frame, we will gladly return your order to you free of charge.
However, we are not responsible for a replacement or refund if the address you provided is incorrect or incomplete. We recommend that you complete all details and verify your address before placing your order.
